Lauren Zettler, MHC-LP

Psychotherapist

As a therapist, I specialize in helping adults navigate the complexities of emotional well-being, reproductive mental health, and major life transitions, including challenges related to fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. My approach is grounded in providing compassionate care to those facing significant emotional shifts during these pivotal times, whether you're grappling with fertility struggles, adjusting to new parenthood, or managing ongoing anxiety or depression.

I use a collaborative, client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs. Drawing on evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), alongside mindfulness and compassion-focused interventions, I believe in addressing current concerns while empowering clients with tools to navigate ongoing life challenges. Whether these challenges stem from long-held emotional pain or the intense changes brought by parenthood, family-building, or creative work, my goal is to help you find balance and clarity.

My work is deeply informed by a passion for supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and those navigating the intersections of identity, family building, and mental health. I’m committed to creating an affirming, safe space for exploration and healing.

If you're feeling overwhelmed or unsure of where to turn, let's work together. We’ll not only address the immediate struggles but also uncover lasting ways to help you thrive through whatever life brings your way.
