Teo Rocchiccioli, MHC-LP
Psychotherapist
Teo meets clients with warmth, curiosity, and care. As a trans, queer, neurodivergent, and Latinx immigrant, they practice from a place of understanding how hard it can be to move through a world where safety and belonging aren’t guaranteed. Therapy with Teo offers a place to be heard, to rest, and to let someone help carry what’s been quietly piling up.
Teo’s approach is trauma-informed, non-pathologizing, and relational. In a world where many are asked to mask or code-switch, Teo creates space for clients to meet themselves without judgment. Drawing from psychodynamic and relational perspectives, Teo helps clients make sense of how the past shows up in the present, recognizing the survival strategies that have carried them to where they are today. Sessions are shaped around each person’s needs, with care and attention given to the parts of self that may feel disconnected or difficult to hold.
Teo focuses on working with trans, queer, and neurodivergent adults and partners wanting to move through life with greater clarity, insight, and purpose. At the heart of Teo’s practice is the belief that their communities deserve to have their stories listened to, their emotions held, and their access to affirming and safe mental health care protected.
